Before setting out to make her mark on the event world, Uche spent years in project management, running high-value projects in the corporate sector. Those experiences honed her business intuition, expertise in seamless execution and insatiable appetite for success.  Uche followed a growing passion for design and flowers to a workshop and fell more in love with the idea of building a one-of-kind floral design company. Fast forward 10 short years, she is the CEO of a floral and event design company that has been recognized as one of the best in the country. DBO currently has two locations in Gaithersburg, MD and Atlanta, GA serving the Washington, DC and Atlanta metropolitan area, and available for travel nationally and internationally. 

A natural teacher, Uche is an open book to event and floral designers, as well as creative entrepreneurs. She regularly shares business insight, industry education and actionable advice as a keynote speaker and industry educator.​
